You’ll join the multi-disciplinary Estate & Facilities management team, which delivers day-to-day services plus a ongoing campus consolidation programme. You’ll work alongside another senior manager to bring all our services together.
To succeed, you’ll be an experienced, professional & authoritative Technical & Programme or Property Manager. Used to working in complex multi-site organisations, you’ll have extensive experience in managing environmental sustainability improvement projects. You’ll have a relevant degree with significant relevant experience. Having recently developed & implemented value for money initiatives, you’ll have a firm grasp of property development & management disciplines.
You’ll have the ability to provide clear purpose & direction, to lead, motivate & focus your team – you’ll be a flexible problem solver and good communicator with a strong customer focus. In return, you’ll enjoy a competitive salary, generous leave, & a final salary pension scheme.
