Director of Capital Project Development – c.£50k - Full Time
We are currently in the process of building a new £77m+ college in West Bromwich and are looking for somebody with the experience and technical capability to successfully manage the timely transition from three campuses to one.
You must have experience in the management of new build capital projects (£20m+), have managed the procurement of consultants and contractors, have effective financial management experience, hold an in depth knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and be an inspiring leader.
The contract is for a fixed term period until December 2012 and we are offering a comprehensive benefits package, including a salary of circa £50k per annum and 35 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays.
