About the role
This high-profile role will see you helping to deliver against a range of business improvement activities, as well as against the committed obligations within our franchise agreement. Your focus will be on providing expert project plans that will enable us to meet our time, cost & quality objectives. You will also use your specialist understanding of change management techniques to ensure full business buy-in, smooth entry into service, & maximum realisation of benefits.
About you
A talented manager of change & of projects, you’ll bring a formal qualification such as APM or Prince2. Just as important will be the stakeholder management skills to build trust across the organisation. Excellent negotiation ability & good people leadership experience are essential.
