Join us as Construction Project Planning Manager, Tottenham Court Road where a £300 m programme of work is currently under way, and you will take specific responsibility for the evaluation of the methodology and construction programmes submitted by the contractor under the NEC3 contract.
For this senior management role it is essential you are highly experienced in working on large, complex, safety focused & regulated construction projects, leading and managing a range of major project plans delivered by multiple contractors. You must have proven experience in multi disciplined projects (heavy civil, tunnelling, M&E and rail) with a good understanding of construction methods, production rates & sequencing. Ideally you will have worked within a contracting organisation on major contracts c£100m+ and have extensive knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) planning techniques and Earned Value Management. Experience in operational stations will enhance your application.
